TH68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
The TH68 platform is designed for players in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to you. TH68 is not liable for any legal implications arising from use of the platform in regions that may have different restrictions.
TH68 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to the company account. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and all deposits are credited to your account instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. All withdrawal requests are processed to a Malaysia bank account registered in the member's own name. TH68 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, subject to required security checks.
Before making a withdrawal, members must have successfully completed the KYC process. The first withdrawal requires verification of the correct bank account number. TH68 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
All bonuses and promotions offered by TH68 are subject to the rollover requirements specified for each offer. Rollover requirements are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for wagering until the rollover requirement is met.
The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once. TH68 reserves the right to cancel the welcome bonus if the stipulated conditions are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
TH68 actively monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse. Betting strategies designed solely to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk — such as betting on both sides of the same game — are prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
All odds displayed on the TH68 platform are the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed. Any technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds gives TH68 the right to void the bet in question and refund the amount to the member. The results of all sports events and games are final once confirmed by the relevant authority.
TH68 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market. These limits may vary by event, game, and member account level. VIP members enjoy higher betting limits compared to regular members. All current limits are displayed in real time on the platform interface.
TH68 reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances, including event postponement or cancellation, significant technical errors, evidence of result manipulation, or any extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. In all cancellation cases, the bet amount will be refunded to the member's account balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your TH68 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. TH68 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
TH68 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. We encourage all members to activate this security feature. With 2FA enabled, any login attempt from a new device will require additional verification via an authenticator app or SMS.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or there is suspicious activity, contact the TH68 support team immediately. We will investigate your report and take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing your account during the investigation.

You may close your TH68 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all rollover requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the associated bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3 business days.
TH68 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation, fraudulent activity, system abuse, or for platform security reasons. In cases involving confirmed fraud, TH68 reserves the right to forfeit all associated balances and winnings.
TH68 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without any technical disruptions. TH68 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, odds display errors, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes.
TH68's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member which has not yet been wagered. TH68 is not liable for any anticipated profits that were not received.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by TH68 Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the TH68 platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
TH68 complies with applicable data protection requirements and will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for legitimate platform operational purposes.
